Understanding Water Rights and Conflicts explores one of the major issues of our time - clean, potable water. This book is a non-technical discussion of the physical, and legal water supply and the multiple uses that we put our reusable  fresh water.

Our water supply is subject to the threat of terrorism, just like the other critical infrastructures that we depend upon daily (such as electrical grid, and transportation system). Understanding Water and Terrorism is a book intended to educate the general public about this threat and what steps we each can take to help mitigate the danger.
